Some behavioral symptoms of stress are:
- Drug use
- Obesity
- Alcoholism
- unexplained crying
Stress is something that needs to managed on a daily basis. It’s like dust, if you don’t clean it, it builds up and finally takes over. Manage your stress on a daily basis by exercising or meditating.
