What’s Out There For Depression Stress Relief Pills?

I have had mixed success with depression stress relief pills. I’ve never had as much success with medication for depression as I have for anxiety, I have dealt with my fair share of depression and just ended up coming out of it after about three years. I tried medication during that period but I don’t think it did me much good. The most dramatic success I’ve had with medication is for anxiety. It was like night and day.

However, I do have some friends who have had success just as dramatic with medication for depression.

Several drugs, such as Prozac, Zoloft Paxal are used to treat clinical depression. It’s really not known why, but some drugs work better on some individuals but not on others. There are still people who believe that taking depression stress relief pills makes them weaker or less than the people around them. It just isn’t true and the word needs to get out that depression stress relief pills are no different than a cast on a leg or crutches to help people walk. With that attitude, more people might come forward and get the help that they need. There are many medicines now that can affect the brain by better regulating the chemical release of serotonin. A person’s mood will get better and that allows the person to better control the many things that originally were becoming stress and depression.

Prozac

One of the most popular antidepressants on the market is Prozac. It has been around for about 20 years . Prozac is a pill that effectively controls depression; a continuing depression that interferes with daily functioning. It also has a generic equal called Fluoxetine. They are the same depression stress relief pills; just one cost less because it is a generic which means that there isn’t a brand name on it.

Wellbutrin

Wellbutrin is yet another of the depression stress relief pills. Wellbutrin works by affecting two chemicals in the brain that are believed to help moods; dopamine and norepinephrine. It usually comes in 150 mgs to 200mgs. This as with all prescription drugs should be monitored by a doctor. If something doesn’t feel right make sure to call your physician and discuss symptoms.

Zoloft

I took Zoloft for a while when I was dealing with intense panic attacks. I don’t think it was the right drug for me at the time. I wish I had known about Lexapro at that time. It is a very effective anti anxiety medication.

Zoloft, on the other hand, has been shown to be very effective for deep depression and is even stronger than Prozac. If you are suffering from deep depression, I strongly suggest you see your doctor and discuss what options are best for you.

Remember, depression stress relief piil should never be a permanent option for depression. However, if you are dealing with serious depression, a drug like Zoloft can lift the cloud and help you heal yourself and eventually come off the medication.
